Shipping Policy

Standard delivery rates are based on the best shipping method by one of the following carriers: UPS, US Postal Service, or FedEx. **Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Weekends and holidays will delay shipment. The shipping prices are approximate and are for the lower 48 states only. To obtain exact shipping, please call 207-689-3191.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done before an item ships. All cancellations must be done in writing and you must receive confirmation that it has been received. Please call us to confirm we received your cancellation within 24 hours if you do not receive confirmation. If your item has already shipped and you would like to return it, please refer to our return policies.

Return Policy


We offer a "No Hassle" return within 30 days after date of purchase. If item's) have not been installed a full refund less any shipping costs that were incurred will be given* Items that were free shipping will be charged the shipping it cost to send the items to the customer. Returns after 30 days will be for In-Store credit only and on an inspection basis*. All returns after 30 days are subject to approval. Items returned COD will be refused. Shipping costs for items returned by air will not be reimbursed. Please allow at least two weeks from the time you ship a return package for refunds to be processed. Returns must have an approved RMA number. Please contact us for RMA.

Return Address will be provided with RMA number. (Some items will go directly back to MFG)

NOTE:
After 30 days, merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent
directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

* A restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in original packaging.

Pricing Misprints:
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate product and pricing information. In the event that an error does occur for a product you have ordered, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order at any time. We will promptly correct the error on our website as soon as we are aware of the problem. If there is an error in regards to pricing for a product you have ordered we will contact you immediately, however, we will not be held responsible for pricing typo's.

Most of our products are covered by manufacturer's warranties and/or
guarantees that cover the merchandise for a certain period of time.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise to one of our
distribution centers for warranty inspection. All returned items will be
inspected for warranty eligibility. Please check the product documentation
for more information regarding the product warranty policy. Should your
product fail within the Manufacturer's warranty period please contact our
customer service department at 207-689-3191 and we will assist you in
submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

4x4 GroupBuy.com will offer assistance with warranty claims with
Manufacturers but does offer any warranty's above or beyond the Manufactures
Standard Warranty Period

Warranties and guarantees are nontransferable and remain in effect only as
long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise. (There are a few MFG's
that do offer transferrable Warranties)

4x4 GroupBuy.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental,
or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible
or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees, or any other costs incurred
while the item is being inspected or replaced.

Should a Manufacturer go out of business or close. Their Warranty would then
become Null and Void.
