The Long-Arm Suspension
System For TJs
Maximizes off-road performance and
improves on-highway ride comfort.
The streamlined control arm bracketry mounts between the skid plate and the
frame and allows easy transfer case access.
It can be used in conjunction with the factory skid plate as well as special
low-profile skid plates like the Belly Up to improve ground clearance.
Test vehicles with the long-arm suspension system scored as much as 100 RTI
points higher (on a 30-degree ramp) than with the standard-length arms. It has
all the qualities for which TeraFlex is known — the best off-road performance
and superior street ride.
Although it is possible to use the long-arms with taller coils, it was never
intended to run anything larger than the four-inch TeraFlex coils. Taller springs
increase the chances of roll overs both on the trail and highway. They decrease
side-hill stability and performance on steep inclines.

may require a body lift for optimal clearance. Not all 35-inch tires will require

created an exceptional shock absorber specifically for the TJ Wrangler. It is
not designed for any other vehicle. This means you get the best of both worlds
- extreme off-road performance and unequaled highway ride.
Our shock line now includes a Heavy-Load shock for vehicles carrying additional
cargo or larger loads. The Heavy-Load shocks are 15% more firm for increased
dampening on TJs packed with heavy equipment. These shocks are ideal for vehicles
with heavy loads from bumpers, custom tire carriers, jacks, and gas.
The softer shocks are more appropriate for TJs with less gear and cargo. If
you only have a winch the standard shocks are best.
This gas shock uses a twin-tube. A special shock boot protects the triple-chromed
rod to ensure extended trouble-free operation. This shock is all performance.
Full of function without the fluff of fancy packaging or paint jobs.
You will find premium-quality rubber bushings with the attachments for the TJ
Wrangler and a resistant black finish that will withstand the most extreme of
off-road abuse.

TJ SKIDPLATES
Bellyup Skid Plate

BellyUP increases your ground clearance by up to two inches by replacing the
factory skid plate with a lower-profile support.
The clearance gained with the BellyUP is the equivalent of increasing tire diameter
by four inches. For example, a TJ with the BellyUP and 31-inch tires would have
the same break-over clearance at the skid plate as a TJ running 35-inch tires
with the factory skid plate.
The BellyUP is manufactured with stronger and heavier materials than the stock
skid plate (3/16” steel) to provide superior protection to your TJ.
The kit comes with a new skid plate, motor mount spacers, a new transfer-case
shift linkage and instructions. (Part # BUT.) A one-inch body lift (part BL1T)
is recommended. Some exhaust adjustment which may be necessary.
A similar skid plate is available for the YJ. (Part # BUY)
Note: This kit provides the maximum amount of ground clearance possible, but
requires some fine tuning and adjustment to eliminate driveshaft vibration.
Short shaft kit: This kit will require
the use of the TeraFlex short shaft kit (part #231SS).
Lowering kit: Because the BellyUP
can make driveshaft angles severe, a lowering kit (Part #TCKLTY for a one-inch
drop or Part #TCLKTY-1/2 for 1/2” drop) will decrease the severity of
that angle. This issue is common when the BellyUP is combined with an S4T suspension
system.

Tank Skid Plate
This skid plate protects the
gas tank without reducing ground clearance. It is extremely easy to install.
Strategically located holes prevent water and mud from being trapped.
Simply bolt into place over the existing skid plate without needing to

install into factory shock mounting locations to help restore proper shock
positioning.
This kit includes two shock mount relocators and mounting hardware. Moving
the shock away from spring pads minimizes damage and allows for axle rotation
on lifted TJ Wranglers. By reducing damage to shock canisters, the shock
mounts increase shock life.

Drive Shafts
Tera offers quality rear drive
shafts in two configurations for TJs. (Part #DSR-1625 - 4 cyl. vehicles
& 6 cyl. automatics; Part #DSR-1475 - 6 cyl. manuals).
Note: This driveshaft is not recommended in combination with the S4T suspension
sytem and the Belly Up low-profile skid plate. It will work in some conditions,
but the driveshaft angle is too severe and may cause CV joint damage.
With this combination, we recommend lowering the transfer case with spacers.

Heavy-Duty
Short Shaft Fit For 231
This short shaft kit, or slip
yoke eliminator, with the new, heavy-duty shaft is engineered to withstand
the increased torque (50% increase) generated by extreme reduction of
the TeraLow Low231.
The kit also eliminates the need to lower the transfer case in most cases
by increasing the rear driveshaft length by four inches. It includes a

The unique design and function
of TeraFlex FlexArms separates TeraFlex suspension systems from the competition.
FlexArms deliver the best in highway driveability available in performance
control arms. They are tailored to fit Jeeps® and are both adjustable
and flexible to meet the demands of off-roading. The specialized design
minimizes stress on frame and axle mounts, and results in greater axle
movement. Tera’s FlexArm bushing and sleeve design provides the
best highway steering control on the market and minimizes darting and
road wander common with other lift brands. Simple adjustments to FlexArms
will help eliminate most drive line vibration. One-and-one-half rotations
of the FlexArm will raise or lower your pinion angle by one degree. Although
FlexArms are exclusive to TeraFlex, they will enhance the performance
of any Jeep suspension system. The attractive powder coating makes FlexArms

‘Grand Up’
Coil Conversion Kit For XJs
The Grand Up rear coil-conversion
system replaces the XJ’s leaf springs with coils.
The Grand Up provides six inches of lift to clear 32x11.50s with no trimming.
It gives the Cherokee the flex and performance for which TeraFlex is known.
The Grand Up is mostly a bolt-on kit. The only welding required is to attach
control arm bracketry, and spring pads to the axle.
The ‘Grand Up’ is available for the Chrysler 8-1/4” axle (Part

Four-inch Grand Cherokee
Lift
The S4W provides four inches of lift
for ‘99 and newer Grand Cherokees to allow up to a 265/75R16 tire. On-highway
driveability and comfort as well as off-road performance are key to the system.
The unique properties of rubber bushings help reduce road noice and vibration
because every TeraFlex FlexArm for the WJ uses one on the body side.
The Grand Cherokee’s three-link suspension in the rear uses an A-arm spacer
to adjust for the increased ride height. It installs between the A-arm and the
mount on top of the rear axle’s center section.
Although the Grand Cherokee can be sensitive to front-end shimmy after working
with the suspension, this can be resolved with proper alignment.

Revolver Shackle
The TeraFlex Revolver Shackle enhances
the off-road ability of Jeeps® and other off-road vehicles with leaf springs
while still allowing you to use your vehicle as a daily driver. The unique shackle
design hinges and rotates to allow leaf springs to flex and compress without
additional spring stress. TeraFlex Revolver shackles never rest against the
frame because they are self-supporting and will stay folded against themselves
on level ground. The shackles work best when combined with suspension and tires
appropriate for off-roading. Because the shackles are a bolt-on kit, they can
be installed easily with aftermarket suspensions systems to achieve an even
greater level of performance. TeraFlex Revolver Shackles provide a quick and

YJ SKIDPLATES
Bellyup Skid Plate
The BellyUP (Part #BUY) increases
your ground clearance by up to two inches by replacing the factory skid plate
with a lower-profile support.
The clearance gained with the BellyUP is the equivalent of increasing tire diameter
by four inches. For example, a YJ with the BellyUP and 31-inch tires would have
the same break-over clearance at the skid plate as a YJ running 35-inch tires
with the factory skid plate.
The BellyUP is manufactured with stronger and heavier materials than the stock
skid plate (3/16” steel) to provide superior protection off-road.
The kit includes:
• 1 New skid plate
• 2 Motor mount spacers
• 2 Two spring purches

The new kit provides the maximum amount of ground clearance possible, but requires
some fine tuning and adjustment to eliminate driveshaft vibration.
Short shaft kit: A short shaft
kit will be necessary in order to use this kit.
Body lift: This kit will require
a body lift of one to two inches depending on engine and transmission type.
Note: This kit is not inclusive

Quick
Disconnects For YJ
These quick disconnects use
the quiet-style disconnect arms with the polyurethane bushing for reduced
noise.
The polyurethane bushings slip easily onto the mounting studs for quick
connection of the front sway bars. The sway bars can be connected as easily
as they were disconnected. The removable disconnect arm can be stowed
inside the vehicle. This kit installs very simply and requires no drilling.
They can be ordered in two lengths. Order Part #QDFY-S for shorter YJs
(0-2 inches of lift) or Part #QDFY-L for lifted YJs (3-5 inches of lift).
